People who think in models
You write papers as a way of thinking. You move fast from question to answer. You already notice things about weather, energy or markets that other people miss, and you can prove it on data.
Who doesn't
Not a fit if…
You need a manager, an HR department, or a job ladder to do your best work. We're small and stay that way; the trade-off is total ownership and very little structure.
